The following link leads to a post from the UnCollege Blog, where education activist Dale Stephens interviews author Michael Ellsberg about his new book, The Education of Millionaires: It’s Not What You Think and It’s Not Too Late.  Michael sums up his findings by saying that the three most important traits for being massively successful in any endeavor are the following:

1. Vision: Having a vision and sense of purpose for your life and what you are doing with it provides a necessary foundation for any kind of success.

2. Networking skills:  Strong personal networks are essential, and the interpersonal and communication skills necessary to build a strong personal network are crucial.

3. Marketing skills: Being able to persuade others to join your cause, whatever it may be, is an indispensable ingredient necessary for making a difference in the world.
